Natural Crystal & Wooden Jewelry | Materials & Complete Care Guide

Many of our customers ask: Has this gemstone received any treatments? How can I properly care for my new piece to preserve its original beauty, prevent metal tarnishing and keep stones secure?

Following our principle of transparency, we are sharing our brand's material promise and practical care tips here.

✨ Our Natural Material Promise

All crystals and gemstones in our store are natural raw stones. We hand-select each gemstone to preserve its original, authentic beauty as much as possible.

We believe in full transparency: if a gemstone has received any industry-standard treatment, these details will be clearly listed on the individual product page. We do not hide material treatment information, so you can make an informed choice.

πŸ’Ž Gemstone Care Guide

To keep your gemstones bright and clear for a long time, avoid harsh chemical cleansers and do not leave them in direct sunlight for extended periods.

You can gently rinse them with running water, or place them under the moonlight for cleansing.

1. Quartz (Amethyst, Citrine, Rose Quartz, etc.)
Quartz ranks 7 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it durable for everyday wear. Warm mild soapy water with a soft brush works best for cleaning. Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can cause internal fractures to expand.

2. Topaz
Topaz ranks 8 on the Mohs scale, but it has a natural weakness: it can split along certain internal planes if knocked sharply. Avoid heavy impact or dropping. For cleaning, use warm mild soapy water and a soft cloth. We do NOT recommend steam cleaning or ultrasonic cleaners for topaz.

3. Sapphire
Sapphire ranks 9 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it one of the most durable gemstones for daily wear. Warm mild soapy water with a soft brush is safe and effective. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight.

For all other natural crystals, the general advice above (avoiding harsh chemicals and direct sunlight) applies.

Wooden Comb & Hair Stick Care

Our wooden combs and hair sticks are crafted from natural sandalwood.

Natural wood dislikes prolonged soaking in water. Please do not soak them in water for extended periods. For daily cleaning, simply wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Occasionally, you can rub a small amount of natural oil (such as jojoba or olive oil) onto the wood surface to prevent cracking and highlight the wood's beautiful natural grain.

πŸ’‘ Quick Tips

When storing your jewelry, we recommend keeping them separate. Store gemstones of different hardness apart to prevent scratches. Periodically check the settings to reduce the risk of loose or lost stones.
